While u can cook at home?
To me by cooking at home, u learn how to COOK
Also new dishes instead of just buy outside food.
But guess most people are either too lazy or no time..

it is a japanese martial art
translated as "the Way of unifying (with) life energy
It trained your reflexes and ur reaction
So in a sense good for a guy who always daydream heh.
Also becaues IT IS JAPANESE MARTIAL ART LOL!
When u cook japanese food, learn their martial art..
